I'll cover the more confusing races and abilities and some strategy
sorcerer’s can’t target declined units
Trolls lairs stay even if conquered unlike fortified
fortified disappears after another person conquers it
fortified only provide defense after it’s in decline
dragon master can’t be moved after a conquer but can move at the start of your turn like usual
orcs and pillaging stack
heroic can be moved
bivouacking can be moved
with diplomat you can attack declined units and still diplomatize them.
here's some strategy
generally you want to decline every 3-4 turns unless you just go destroyed or if you are destroying
also you want a money race and a attacking ability or vise versa
